Construction Times range from 6 months to 8 months, depending on the size of the home.
The Building Team will meet with the Homeowners for a Construction Pre-Build Meeting. We begin construction.
Upon signing the contract, the Engineer and the Architect will be authorized to start preparing the County Permit set of plans. The Home Owner and the Selections coordinator will start visiting showrooms and finalizing their selections. The permit set of plans will be submitted to the County.
We will sign the contract.
We compile/review/refine a detailed list of Appointments and Details listing the major items used to build your home. We will review the Draft Design of the House plan and a Draft Design of the Lot Plan. We will review the Contract Documents and finalize Pricing.
During this Phase, you should expect to meet with Tom the Builder twice. He will provide an estimate to build during the first or second meeting.
