Week 1

Discovery Consultation

Every Trophy home begins with a conversation. We sit down — in person or virtually — to understand your lifestyle, priorities, aspirations, and budget. This session is exploratory and pressure-free. Our goal is to listen deeply before we ever pick up a pencil.

Weeks 2–4

Lot Evaluation

If you own land, we evaluate it. If you don't, we find it. Trophy's team conducts a thorough feasibility analysis — soil tests, topography, utility access, permitting context, and neighborhood covenants — so there are no surprises after you've fallen in love with a parcel.

Design & Budgeting

Selections & Planning

Construction

Ground breaks with a team that has done this hundreds of times. Your dedicated project manager keeps you informed with weekly updates, a real-time project portal, and regular site walks. We build with the same care whether you're watching or not.
